Here I am, posting about yet another documentary. This one in particular is one that I have wanted to watch for quite some time but didn't get around to it until this past weekend. The name of it is Dear Zachary. It follows a guy going around the United States and Canada talking to friends and family. The reason why he is talking to them is because his best friend was recently murdered. He wanted their opinion on his best friend to then show to Andrew Bagby's son. Coincidentally, the mother of his son happened to be the one that murdered Andrew. The twists and turns in this documentary keep you glued to the screen throughout the 95 minutes. I can highly recommend this documentary to anyone looking for a good story. The message being sent to the public through it is amazing, and my heart goes out to Andrew Bagby's family.

That sounds like a really intense story. Documentaries are always really interesting, to find out all of these back story things that are usually ridiculous, like who killed the electric car. They collected everyones cars and crushed them, even though many people were willing to buy them. I'll have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds intense, but is it a good story? Is that something that the kid should be subjected to? If he really wants to find out what happened, there are other ways to go about it, and a documentary that is apparently entertaining (note: I do not mean in any humorous way) to others doesn't sound to me how I'd like to find out my moms murdered my pops.
ReplyDeleteIt is a good story, and I think after you watch it you will take that comment back!
